摘 要:为提高纯电动轻型卡车的经济性与动力性,本文根据整车参数与性能指标,对电驱桥系统进行精准匹配。基于Cruise平台建立整车动力学模型,并利用Simulink开发电机驱动与制动能量回收控制策略,通过联合仿真对设计方案进行分析与优化。仿真结果表明,优化后的电驱桥系统匹配方案可使该纯电动轻型卡车在经济性和动力性方面均满足设计目标。与基准车型相比,优化车型在续驶里程、最高车速、爬坡性能及加速能力等方面均有显著提升。

Co-simulation of Cruise and Simulink for Analysis of Energy Economy and Dynamic Performance in a Pure Electric Light Truck

Abstract: To enhance the economic efficiency and dynamic performance of a pure electric light truck,this paper conducts a precise matching of the electric drive axle system based on vehicle parameters and performance indicators.It uses the Cruise platform to establish a vehicle dynamics model,develop motor drive and regenerative braking control strategies in Simulink,and analyze and optimize the design through co-simulation.The simulation results demonstrate that the optimized electric drive axle matching scheme enables the pure electric light truck to meet all designated targets in both economic efficiency and dynamic performance.Compared to the baseline model,the optimized vehicle shows significant improvements in driving range,maximum speed,gradeability,and acceleration capability.
