基于灵敏度分析的客车骨架结构轻量化改进设计

摘 要:针对客车骨架的轻量化问题,本文基于Hypemesh软件建立某款客车骨架的有限元模型,并进行模态分析、强度分析、刚度分析和灵敏度分析,提出在保证整车骨架强度和刚度条件下的减重方案,并进行验证。

Lightweight and Improved Design of Bus Framework Based on Sensitivity Analysis

Abstract: Aiming a the lightweight problem of the bus framework,this paper establishes the finite element model of a bus framework based on Hypermesh software,conducts the modal analysis,strength analysis,stiffness analysis,and sensitivity analysis,puts forward the weight reduction scheme under the condition of ensuring the strength and stiffness of the vehicle framework,and conducts the verification.
