客车风道CFD仿真及优化

摘 要:排查某双层客车空调出风口出风不均匀问题的原因,运用CFD仿真分析与试验验证相结合的方法,对客车原风道进行分析。发现风道内部存在大尺度涡流问题,其根本原因是空调出风口过高,且与蒸发风机出风口相对位置不合理。据此对风道进行优化,出风效果得到显著改善。

CFD Simulation and Optimization of Bus Ducts

Abstract: This paper investigates the causes of the uneven problem of air outlet for double-deck bus air conditioners.It analyze the bus's original air duct by combining CFD simulation analysis with test verification.It found that there is a large-scale eddy current problem inside the duct.The root reason is that the air conditioner outlet is too high,and the relative position of the evaporator fan outlet is unreasonable.The air duct is optimized and the air outlet is significantly improved.
