车辆悬架配置对驾驶员座椅振动舒适性的影响研究

摘  要:在介绍ISO 2631标准对车辆乘坐振动舒适性的测试及评价方法的基础上,分别对橡胶弹簧悬架和钢板弹簧悬架配置的车辆进行特定工况下的驾驶员座椅振动舒适性测试与评价。结果显示,橡胶弹簧悬架对车辆驾驶员座椅振动舒适性有一定程度的改善。

Research on Influence of Vehicle Suspension Configuration on the Vibration Comfort of Driver Seat

Abstract: After introducing the measurement and evaluation method of the ISO 2631 standard on vehicle riding vibration comfort,the authors conduct measurements and evaluations for specific condition vibration exposure of vehicles with two kinds of rubber spring suspension and leaf spring suspension.The results show that the rubber spring suspension improves the ride comfort of vehicle driver seat vibration.
