摘要：研究了不同基材漆膜的表面特征演化规律，以及面漆粗糙度对油漆外观性能的影响。结果表明，漆膜的粗糙度内在演化呈低阶特征，仅与喷涂表面粗糙度有关；面漆粗糙度影响其光泽、鲜映性和橘皮，对色差无显著影响。

Evolution of Surface Characteristics of Paint Coatings on Bus Body and Its Influence on Paint Appearance

Abstract: This paper researches the evolutions of the surface characteristics of paint coatings on different substrates,along with influences of finish roughness on the paint appearance performance.The results show that the intrinsic evolution of coating roughness is low order,and the roughness of paint is only related to the roughness of the sprayed surface,the finish roughness has a direct influence on the gloss,DOI and orange peel,and no remarkable influence on chromatism.
