纯电动力总成悬置系统隔振性能的测试研究

摘 要:针对现有的隔振率计算方法不适用于纯电动客车的问题,根据传统燃油客车动力总成悬置隔振性能计算方法,提出一种可应用于纯电动客车的动力总成悬置系统隔振性能测试及计算方法,为纯电动客车悬置隔振性能评价及隔振性能差所引起的NVH问题的处理和优化提供技术支持。

Testing Research of Vibration Isolation Performance for Pure Electric Powertrain Suspension System

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the existing calculation methods of isolation rate do not apply to pure electric buses, a testing and calculation method for the isolation performance of the powertrain suspension system applicable to pure electric buses is proposed based on the calculation method for the suspension isolation performance of traditional fuel power buses,which provides technical support for evaluating the sus-pension isolation performance of pure electric buses and the treatment and optimization of NVH problems caused by poor isolation performance.
