摘 要：搭建自由状态下多阶刚度板簧的有限元模型，模拟板簧台架试验的装配和加载过程，开展对应的台架试验。比较计算结果和台架试验结果，验证有限元计算的准确性，为同行提供参考。

Finite Element Analysis Method of Multi-order Stiffness Leaf Springs for Vehicles

Abstract: This paper builds the finite element model of a plate spring with the multi-order stiffness in the free state,simulates the assembling and loading process of the plate spring bench test,and carries out the corresponding bench test. It compares the calculated results with the bench test results to verify the accuracy of finite element calculation and provide references for peers.
