某车型座椅低频振动分析与改进

摘  要:针对某车型座椅低频振动问题,采用测试与仿真手段找到座椅低频振动的根本原因。根据仿真结果提出优化方案,经试验和评价,优化效果较好,能够满足振动舒适性要求。

Analysis and Improvement on Low-frequency Vibration for a Vehicle Seats

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of vehicle seats'low-frequency vibration,this paper uses testing and simu-lation methods to find the root causes of the seats'low-frequency vibration and proposes an optimization planbased on the simulation results. After testing and evaluation,the optimization effect is better and can meetthe vibration comfort requirements.
