摘 要：介绍白车身手动螺柱焊接的优势及其尺寸偏差的来源，通过尺寸检测技术及鱼骨分析法，提出提高白车身手动螺柱焊接质量的措施，以进一步提升整车质量。

Dimensional Accuracy Control of Manual Stud Welding for White Body

Abstract: This paper introduces the advantages of manual stud welding for the white body and the sources of the size deviation.Through the methods of size detection technology and fishbone analysis method,it proposes the measures for improving the quality of manual stud welding for the white body to further promote the vehicle quality.
