摘 要:针对某城市客车减振器支座断裂问题,开展疲劳寿命仿真分析及结构优化设计。优化后的减振器支座局部疲劳寿命得到大幅提升。

Simulation and Optimization of Support Fracture Fatigue for a City Bus Shock Absorber

Abstract: Aiming at the fracture problem of shock absorber support of a city bus, the authors carry out the fatigue life simulation analysis and structure optimization design. The local fatigue life of the optimized shock absorber support is greatly improved.
