摘 要:设计一种考虑发动机油门开度状态的单变道与蛇形绕桩试验方法,测试某车型的ESC性能。结果表明,单变道时ESC系统对发动机油门开度全油状态的适应性比空油和稳油状态更差,且油门开度越大对ESC系统要求更高;蛇形绕桩时,VDC和TCS协同作用能够基本维持侧向稳定性,但需要进一步提升发动机实际输出扭矩对期望扭矩的跟踪能力。

Test Analysis of Vehicle ESC Considering Engine Throttle Opening State

Abstract: The authors design the test methods of single lane changing and snake around piles with considering the engine throttle opening state to test the ESC performances of a vehicle. The results show that the adaptability of the full oil is worse than these of empty oil and stable oil for the ESC system to the engine throttle opening state during single lane changing, meanwhile, the larger the throttle opening, the higher there requirements for the ESC system, and the union action of VDC and TCS can basically maintain the lateral stability during snaking around piles but needs further improving the engine tracking ability of the actual output torque to the expected torque.
