基于CFD的商用车挡风玻璃的除霜性能分析

摘 要:应用CFD仿真方法分析某纯电动客车的除霜效果,采用薄膜除冰模型,考虑冰霜厚度、温度、玻璃前冰层随除霜时间变化情况,对其进行稳态仿真和方案改进,并进行瞬态仿真和实车验证。

关键词:商用车;挡风玻璃;除霜性能;CFD仿真

Analysis of Defrosting Performance for Commercial Vehicle Windscreen Based on CFD

Abstract: This paper uses the CFD simulation method to analyze the defrosting effect of a pure electric bus,which adopts a film deicing model with considering the frost thickness, temperature and ice changes in the windscreen with the defrosting time to carry out the steady-state simulation analysis,and does transient simulation and real vehicle verification.
