基于用户关联的汽车仪表板失效验证及优化设计

摘 要:为解决某款汽车仪表板异响及失效问题,本文通过用户关联采集实际载荷谱,并基于损伤等效原理对载荷谱进行加速等效,生成台架载荷谱。以台架载荷谱为输入进行台架失效验证,复现了仪表板异响及失效问题,最终通过优化设计解决了该异响及失效问题。

Failure Verification and Design Optimization of Automotive Dashboard Based on User Correlation

Abstract: To solve the problems of abnormal noise and failure in the instrument panel of a certain vehicle,the authors collect the actual load spectrum through user-correlated tests and accelerate it based on the principle of damage equivalence to generate a bench test load spectrum.With the bench load spectrum as input,bench failure verification is performed to reproduce the abnormal noise and failure of the instrument panel,and these problems are ultimately resolved through design optimization.
