某纯电动厢式运输车车内噪声分析及控制

摘 要:某纯电动厢式运输车在50 km/h匀速行驶工况下,车内噪声声压级接近70 dB(A),难以满足新能源车辆的舒适性要求。分析表明,该问题主要由车身隔声性能不足及局部气密性缺陷所致。因此,本文依据主要噪声源分布特征,设计并实施了一套分区式声学包装方案,在驾驶室地板、后围及侧围等关键部位布置吸隔声材料,以较低成本实现噪声抑制。试验结果表明,引入声学材料后,车内噪声显著降低,声学舒适性得到明显提升。该方案具有良好的工程可行性与实用价值,可为同类电动商用车的NVH性能优化提供参考。

Analysis and Control of Interior Noise in a Pure Electric Van

Abstract: A certain pure electric delivery van exhibits an in-cabin noise sound pressure level of close to 70dB(A) under constant-speed driving at 50 km/h, which makes it difficult to meet the comfort requirements for new energy vehicles. Analysis indicates that deficiencies in body sound insulation performance and local airtightness mainly cause this problem. Therefore,this paper designs and implements a zoned acoustic packaging scheme based on the distribution characteristics of the main noise sources. The scheme arranges sound absorption and insulation materials at key areas such as the cab floor,rear panel,and side panels,achieving noise suppression at relatively low cost. Test results show that the introduction of acoustic materials significantly reduces in-cabin noise and noticeably improves acoustic comfort. This scheme has good engineering feasibility and practical value,providing a reference for optimizing NVH performance in similar electric commercial vehicles.
