带载振动过程对燃料电池发动机性能的影响

摘 要:针对燃料电池发动机在车辆运行中存在的振动失效问题,本文以一款270kW发动机为对象,通过三个方向的带载振动试验,对比分析了振动前后燃料电池发动机性能的变化规律,并重点研究了振动过程对发动机绝缘性能及稳态运行特性的影响,研究结果可为车用燃料电池发动机的设计与制造提供数据参考。

The Impact of On-load Vibration on Fuel Cell Engine Performance

Abstract: Aiming at the issue of vibration-induced failures in fuel cell engines during vehicle operation,this paper selects a 270kW fuel cell engine as the research subject.It conducts loaded vibration tests in three directions to compare and analyze the performance variations of the engine before and after vibration.The study focuses particularly on the impact of the vibration process on the engine's insulation performance and steady-state operating characteristics.The findings provide a data reference for the design and manufacturing of vehicular fuel cell engines.
