摘 要:本文阐述了纯电动城市客车碳纤维车身的结构设计特点与制造工艺,并介绍了侧围与顶盖所采用的一体化结构形式。针对整车不同部件间的连接,重点分析了采用角钢作为过渡连接件的方案,该方案有效解决了因骨架材料差异而无法直接焊接拼装的难题。在蒙皮安装工艺方面,探讨了采用铝垫块配合小方管共同支撑蒙皮的具体施工方案。本文对碳纤维车身结构与安装工艺的分析,可为同类客车的生产制造提供参考。

Study on Structural Design and Installation Process of Carbon Fiber Body for Pure Electric City Bus

Abstract: This paper elaborates on the structural design characteristics and manufacturing processes of carbon fiber bodies for pure electric city buses.It introduces the integrated structural design of carbon fiber side panels and roof.For the connections between different parts of the vehicle,the analysis focuses on the method of using angle steel as a transition connector,which effectively solves the problem of direct welding in compatibility caused by material differences in the framework.Regarding the skin installation process,it explores the specific construction method of using aluminum pads in conjunction with small square tubes to jointly support the skin.The analysis of the carbon fiber body structure and installation process provides a valuable reference for the production and manufacturing of pure electric city buses with carbon fiber components.
