摘 要:针对某新能源牵引车行驶过程中出现的驾驶室异响与振动问题,本文基于“源-路径-响应”的层级化排查思路,从整车至零部件层面开展了系统性研究,最终确认该问题的根源在于传动系统。通过优化传动系动平衡、调整模态频率、改善当量夹角及提升悬置隔振性能,有效解决了驾驶室的噪声与振动问题。

Analysis and Optimization of Cab Abnormal Noise and Vibration Issues in a New Energy Tractor Truck

Abstract: To address the abnormal noise and vibration issues in the cab of a new energy vehicle tractor during operation,this paper conducts a systematic investigation from the vehicle level down to the component level using a hierarchical“source-path-response”troubleshooting approach.The investigation identifies the driveline system as the root cause.By implementing corresponding optimization measures,including drive-line dynamic balancing,modal frequency tuning,equivalent angle refinement,and mount isolation improvement,which mitigate the cab's abnormal noise and vibration issues.
