客车钢板弹簧异响问题分析与改进

摘 要:针对客车板簧异响问题,本文基于多年处理经验,总结了三种异响探测方法,进而从板簧端部固定点、板簧片间及板簧根部固定三个方面系统分析了异响成因,并提出了相应改进措施。这些措施有效解决了异响问题,为悬架设计的优化提供了理论与实践参考。

Analysis and Improvement on the Abnormal Noise Problem of Bus Leaf Springs

Abstract: Aiming at the abnormal noise problem of bus leaf springs,this paper summarizes three abnormal noise detection methods based on years of handling experience.Then,it systematically analyzes the causes of abnormal noise from three aspects:the fixed points at the ends of leaf springs,the space between leaf spring plates,and the fixed parts at the roots of leaf springs,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures.These measures solve the abnormal noise problem,which provides theoretical and practical references for the optimization of suspension design.
