基于运行大数据的新能源客车状态综合评价方法

摘 要:针对新能源客车故障率高、状态评估困难的问题,本文提出一种基于车辆运行大数据的综合评价方法。该方法通过整合驾驶行为、电池健康状态等多源数据,构建了包含续驶里程、安全性、车辆性能及问题预警在内的多维度评价体系。通过融合决策树模型与多维度加权算法,实现了对车辆状态的精准评估。实车验证表明,该方法相较于传统方法,评价准确率提升了20%以上,为新能源客车的智能化预测性运维提供了有效的数据支持与决策依据。

Comprehensive Evaluation Method of New Energy Bus Status Based on Operational Big Data

Abstract: To address the issues of high failure rates and challenging status assessment of new energy buses,this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method for the status of new energy buses based on operational big data.This method integrates multiple sources of data,including driving behavior and battery health status,by constructing four units:a driving range evaluation unit,a safety evaluation unit,a vehicle performance evaluation unit,and a vehicle problem warning unit.It uses a decision tree model and a multi-dimensional weighting algorithm to achieve an accurate evaluation of vehicle status.The vehicle test results show that the method can improve the evaluation accuracy by more than 20%,providing data support for the intelligent operation and maintenance of new energy buses.
