基于CFD仿真技术的城市客车除霜系统合理性评价

摘 要:在设计初期采用CFD仿真与理论验算对城市客车前风挡玻璃除霜效果进行模拟,验证了除霜系统设计的合理性,并以此为基础对除霜风道系统进行优化。该优化方案在满足前风挡玻璃除霜要求的同时,能够节省制造成本并缩短研制周期。

Rationality Evaluation of City Bus Defrosting System Based on CFD Simulation Technology

Abstract: In the initial design stage,the authors simulate the defrost effect of the front windshield glass using CFD simulation and theoretical verification to verify the rationality of the defrost system and optimize the defrost air duct system to meet the defrost requirements of the front wind shied glass.Meanwhile,it can save manufacturing costs and shorten the development cycle.
