某商用车电制动曲线研究

摘 要:电制动是新能源车的核心技术,其设计直接影响车辆的能耗与制动安全性能(主要包括制动稳定性与平顺性)。车辆开发过程中,需在保障制动安全的前提下,对能耗与制动性能进行协同优化。本文以一款配备ABS的新能源商用车为研究对象,首先明确电制动曲线的设计要求,进而结合制动总阀特性与机械制动力分布,分析不同踏板开度下电制动力的合理取值。通过开展ABS试验场多工况测试研究,重点评估ABS激活、电制动退出过程中的车辆稳定性。研究成果可为采用同类制动系统的商用车电制动曲线设计提供参考。

Research on Electric Brake Curve of a Commercial Vehicle

Abstract: Electric braking is a core technology for new energy vehicles,and its design directly affects the vehicle's energy consumption and braking safety performance(mainly including braking stability and smoothness).During vehicle development,it is necessary to collaboratively optimize energy consumption and braking performance while ensuring braking safety.This paper takes a new energy commercial vehicle equipped with ABS as the research object.It first clarifies the design requirements for the electric braking curve,in combination with the characteristics of the brake master valve and mechanical braking force distribution,and analyzes the reasonable values of electric braking force under different pedal stroke conditions.By conducting multi-condition tests on an ABS test track,the research aims to evaluate vehicle stability during ABS activation and the electric braking release process.The research results provide a reference for designing electric braking curves for commercial vehicles similar to braking systems.
