摘 要:针对某款空气悬架纯电动客车在转向后出现车身倾斜无法自动扶正的问题,本文对其供气系统、管路及高度控制系统的布置形式进行分析,提出一种高度控制系统在整车XY平面呈锐角三角形倒置布置的方案,并进行了实车验证,结果表明该方案可有效解决空气悬架客车车身倾斜问题,为类似故障提供了一种可行的解决方法。

Analysis and Solutions for the Body Tilting Problem of Air-suspended Buses

Abstract: Aiming at the issue that the body of a specific type of air suspended pure electric bus fails to automatically return to an upright position after steering,this paper analysis its air supply system,pipeline lay-out,and height control system,proposes a method the height valves are arranged in an inverted acute angled triangle in the XY plane of the entire vehicle and carries out the actual vehicle verification.The results demonstrate that the method can effectively address the body-tilting problem,thereby offering a viable approach for dealing with similar malfunctions.
