电动汽车驱动电机系统电磁兼容性优化研究

摘 要:针对某型号驱动电机系统电磁辐射发射超标问题,本文从电路布局与走线、滤波设计及屏蔽效能方面进行分析,并给出改进措施。经过复测验证,改进后的驱动电机系统电磁辐射发射值满足GB/T 18488—2024限值要求,可为同类产品的电磁兼容设计提供技术参考。

Research on Electromagnetic Compatibility Optimization of Electric Vehicle Drive Motor System

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of excessive electromagnetic radiation emission in a drive motor system model,this paper analyzes from the perspectives of circuit layout and routing,filtering design,and shielding effectiveness while proposing improvement measures.Retesting verification demonstrates that the optimized drive motor system's electromagnetic radiation emission values comply with the GB/T 18488—2024 limit requirements.This research can provide technical references for the electromagnetic compatibility design of similar products.
