某增程式客车进气口噪声消声器的设计与优化

摘 要:针对某增程式电动客车发动机进气口噪声大的问题设计一款消声器,并通过声学性能和内流场仿真对其进行优化,使其在降低噪声的同时不影响空气吸入效率。最后通过试验验证该消声器的降噪效果。

Design and Optimization of Intake Port Noise Muffler for an Extended-range Electric Bus

Abstract: Aiming at the high noise level at the engine intake port of an extended-range electric bus,the authors design a muffler and optimize its structure through acoustic performance and internal flow field simulations.They ensure that the muffler reduces the noise without affecting the efficiency of the air intake.Finally,they validate the muffler's noise reduction effectiveness through experiment.
