摘 要：漆膜橘皮是指涂装表面出现起伏不平的橘皮状缺陷，对车身的外观质量有严重影响。本文探讨漆膜橘皮的影响因素，从基材表面粗糙度、清漆喷涂道数和刮灰工艺等方面进行试验，并根据结果提出提升涂层橘皮表现的措施。

Improvement Measures for Orange Peel Performance of Bus Body Surface Coating

Abstract: The paint film orange peel refers to the uneven orange peel defect on the coating surface,which seriously affects the appearance quality of the bus body.This paper discusses the influencing factors of the paint film orange peel,tests from the aspects of the substrate surface roughness,the number of varnish spraying ash scraping process,and proposes measures to improve the performance of the coating orange peel ac-cording to the results.
