基于模态分析的电驱动桥噪声优化

摘 要:利用试验与仿真相结合的方法对一款增程式汽车的电驱动桥模态引起的车内噪声问题进行分析、优化。通过提升电驱动桥的模态频率避开整车敏感频率,达到改善车内噪声的目的。

Abstract: This paper analyzes and optimizes the interior noise caused by the mode of electric drive axle of an extended range vehicle by the combination method of test and simulation.By increasing the mode frequency of the electric drive axle to avoid the vehicle sensitive frequency,which the purpose of improving the interior noise is achieved.
