纯电动客车后桥异响问题分析与改进

摘 要:针对某纯电动客车在加、减速工况下的异常啸叫问题,利用阶次分析、阶次切片等方法确定异响源,提出改进方案并进行实车验证。

Analysis and Improvement of Abnormal Noise in Rear Axle of a Pure Electric Bus

Abstract: In response to the abnormal squealing problem of a pure electric bus under acceleration and deceleration conditions,this paper uses order analysis,order slicing and so on methods to determine the source of the abnormal noise,proposes an improvement plan and carries out the verification by real vehicle test.
