摘 要：针对某纯电动轻型商用车起步异响的问题，对起步过程中的车内噪声及传动系统振动进行测试和分析，排查原因并确定异响源，然后通过改进结构解决该问题。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of abnormal starting noise of a pure electric light commercial vehicle, this paper tests and analyzes the internal noise and transmission system vibration during the starting process, investigates the causes and determines the abnormal source, and then solve the problem by improving the structure.
