摘 要:建立某客车白车身有限元仿真模型,对其进行刚度仿真分析,并使用拓扑优化方法对地板骨架及行李舱骨架进行优化设计。在不增加重量的前提下,有效提升客车白车身的刚度性能。

Application of Topology Optimization Design to Bus BIW Stiffness Improvement

Abstract: The finite element simulation model of a bus body in white is established and its stiffness is simulated and analyzed. The floor skeleton and luggage compartment skeleton are optimized and designed with the topology optimization method. The stiffness performances of the bus body in white is effectively improved without increasing the weight.
