客车发动机悬置系统性能优化设计

摘 要:通过悬置系统解耦仿真确定最佳减振垫刚度和悬置支架的安装角度,有效提高悬置隔振性能;并通过提升悬置支架的动刚度,进一步提升悬置和整车的隔振性能。

Performance Optimization Design of a Bus Engine Mounting System

Abstract: To effectively enhance the vibration isolation performance, this paper determines the optimal stiffness of the vibration-damping cushions and the mounting angles of the mounting bracket by the decoupling simulation of the mounting system. The vibration isolation performances of the mounting and the vehicle are improved by increasing the dynamic stiffness of the mounting bracket.
