考虑气隙偏心的开关磁阻轮毂电机径向电磁力特性研究

摘 要:针对气隙偏心下开关磁阻轮毂电机径向电磁力难以精确解析的问题,本文提出一种基于电磁特性的高精度非线性解析模型。该模型在饱和区域、非线性区域及近线性区域的拟合精度相较于傅里叶模型分别提高了16.9%、48.7%和0.36%。基于该模型,推导出气隙偏心下的径向电磁力解析表达式,并建立了垂向与倾斜偏心工况下的解析模型。最后利用麦克斯韦应力法和实机试验,验证了所提出模型的计算准确性。

Research on Radial Electromagnetic Force Characteristics of Switched Reluctance Hub Motor Considering Air Gap Eccentricity

Abstract: To address the problem that the radial electromagnetic force of a switched reluctance in-wheel motor under air gap eccentricity is difficult to analyze accurately,this paper proposes a high-precision non-linear analytical model based on electromagnetic characteristics.Compared with the Fourier model,this model improves the fitting accuracy in the saturation,nonlinear,and nearly linear regions by 16.9%,48.7%,and 0.36%,respectively.Based on this model,this paper derives the analytical expression for the radial electromagnetic force under air gap eccentricity and establishes analytical models for vertical and tilted eccentricity conditions.Finally,it uses the Maxwell stress method and experimental measurements and simulations to verify the accuracy of the model.
