一种氢燃料电池系统在客车平台的应用控制方案

摘 要:针对氢燃料电池系统在客车平台应用中遇到的动态响应滞后、能量回收不足等问题,本文提出一种基于燃料电池与动力电池并联架构的集成控制方案。利用整车控制器实现氢燃料电池系统的上/下高压控制、功率动态分配及多级故障处理,并开发了配套的上位机调试工具。实车测试表明,该系统可有效提升响应速度、优化能量利用率。同时,系统采用了包含氢阀急断开关和碰撞传感器的冗余设计,以确保运行安全。

An Application Control Scheme for a Hydrogen Fuel Cell System on a Bus Platform

Abstract: To address the issues of dynamic response lag and insufficient energy recovery encountered in the application of hydrogen fuel cell systems on bus platforms,this paper proposes an integrated control scheme based on a parallel architecture of fuel cells and power batteries.The authors utilize the vehicle control unit(VCU)to achieve high/low voltage control of the hydrogen fuel cell systems,perform dynamic power distribution,handle multi-level faults,and develop a matching upper computer debugging tool.The vehicle test results show that the system effectively improves response speed and optimizes energy utilization efficiency.Meanwhile,the system incorporates a redundant design,including an emergency hydrogen valve shut-off switch and collision sensors to ensure safety.
