纯电动微型卡车嵌入式电池包结构路谱疲劳仿真分析研究

摘 要:本文面向纯电动微型卡车平台嵌入式电池包的结构安全与耐久性需求,以某型号电池包结构为研究对象,建立了高精度有限元模型。通过整车路谱疲劳耐久仿真分析,系统评估了该结构在试验场强化路况下的疲劳损伤。结果表明,原始结构的最大疲劳损伤值为49.7,远超临界值1,无法满足目标寿命要求。对此,本研究提出了以增设局部加强件为核心的优化方案。经仿真验证,优化后结构的最大疲劳损伤值已降至0.061,降幅显著,已满足设计指标。本文为嵌入式电池包的结构设计与优化提供了一套完整的仿真分析方法与理论依据。

Research on Road Spectrum Fatigue Simulation of an Embedded Battery Pack in a Pure Electric Mini-truck

Abstract: This paper addresses the structural safety and durability requirements of an embedded battery pack for a pure electric light truck platform.It establishes a high-fidelity finite element model based on the battery pack structure of a specific model.Through vehicle road spectrum fatigue durability simulation analysis,this paper systematically evaluates the fatigue damage of the structure under intensified proving ground conditions.The results indicate that the maximum fatigue damage value of the original structure reaches49.7,far exceeding the critical value of 1 and failing the target service life requirements.To resolve this is-sue,this paper proposes an optimization scheme primarily centered on adding local reinforcements.Simulation verification confirms that the maximum fatigue damage value of the optimized structure drops to 0.061,demonstrating a significant reduction and fully complying with the design targets.This paper thereby provides a complete set of simulation analysis methods and a theoretical basis for the structural design and optimization of embedded battery packs.
